Each product is carefully wrapped, gift boxed, and double-packaged in sturdy and secure materials to ensure safe transportation. Please understand that subtle differences in color, wood grain, and patina of the wood are normal and items will not be eligible for return based on these natural characteristics.
If you (or your customer) find the item to have a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace the item for you. Please note that all reports of defect or shipping damage must be made within 30 days of the order date. All replacements will be sent directly to the end customer via UPS. A return label will also be included with the replacement chest for the return of the defective piece. If you do not wish to have the item replaced, a return will be accepted and will incur a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
All items damaged in shipping will be subject to UPS claims. Reports of shipping damage must be made immediately to Jewelkeepers LLC. A staff member will contact the end customer, gather information about the shipment, file a UPS claim, and see that a replacement is sent.
Items that are neither defective nor damaged in shipment will not be eligible for return.
Jewelkeepers is proud to ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible. If a cancellation request is made after Jewelkeepers has shipped the order, it will be treated as a return, not a cancellation, and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Receiver will also be responsible for any and all shipping charges.
Shipping
Jewelkeepers LLC will ship to any address in the world. Please understand that international shipments are subject to certain restrictions (please see the "Terms and Conditions" provided when your account was verified. We ship all domestic packages via UPS. Ground shipping will be used unless another shipping method is requested. We are also happy to ship on your UPS account number. Please provide our customer service department with your shipper number and we will use it on all of your shipments rather than invoice you for shipping costs. All international orders will be shipped via the USPS International Priority Mail. You can request USPS Global Express shipment as well or UPS Global services.
Drop Shipping
We are happy to drop ship your order directly to your customer. Drop ship orders can be placed on our website, called in to our customer service department: 1-866-417-1949 or emailed to orders@jewelkeepers.com An $8.00 drop ship fee will be added to each drop ship order. Drop ship orders placed on our website receive a disounted drop ship fee of $4.00. Drop ship orders requesting 10 or more products are subject to higher drop ship fees (determined on an order to order basis). These fees are calculated and added to your invoice after the order has been submitted. Jewelkeepers will submit these charges for customer review.
